Real Talk, Episode 5: Natalia Martinez-Kalinina x #RealTalkwithJFC

Welcome back for another episode of Real Talk, the show that celebrates you for BEING, not DOING.

Today's guest is Natalia Martinez-Kalinina, a multi-talented resident boss of a woman is making big sh*t happen in Miami and beyond.

Here's more on what Natalia does:

Natalia is an organizational psychologist, strategist, and technologist focused on merging innovation, entrepreneurship, and community impact.

She focuses on creating communities that are true ecosystems, most recently by leading the expansion of the Cambridge Innovation Center to Miami, seeking to deepen and nuance the conversation about entrepreneurship and build tangible connections to other innovation hubs and Latin America.

She founded the Miami chapter of the Awesome Foundation, a global network of grassroots micro-grant giving chapters that has awarded more than $1.6 million globally to small, local ideas.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Government from Harvard University and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

She's also wicked smahrt, tuned in and a pure joy to hang with. So let's get to who Natalia IS. This one's a bit longer, but once you press play, you'll know why. There's just too much GOLD in this to cut out.

On this episode, I talk to Natalia about her formidable childhood, the power of the individual, and why being who you WANT isn't a singular destination.
