The Best Beauty Look from the Grammys: Dare To Be Bare
How about those Grammys, huh? Things seemed a little more subdued and a bit more real. Less flash, more PSA. Even Prince, in all his orange-sequined glory, brought the seriousness about current social issues. In the same vein of less is more, we couldn't help but notice that the mega-watt stars had turned down the voltage on their beauty looks for the evening. Here, our top three nude, naked, dare-to-go-bare, au naturale looks from the biggest night in music.
Queen Bey arrived sans tiara and stage makeup, opting for the ultimate nude-on-nude look and let her true beauty shine through, framed, of course, in her once-again-signature down-the-back waves. We ain't mad at that.
Iggy Azalea was all about that highlight lyfe, as she brought out her cheeks and inner eyes with a light dusting of shimmer atop peachy and nude metallic tones. Sweeping mascara in the outer corners of her eyelashes created a perfect almond shape and a pop of pink on her lips sealed the deal.
Bad girl Riri looked as innocent as could be, accenting her baby-doll pink Giambattista Valli couture with barely-there bronze hues, creating definition in the crease of her eyelids and hollows of her cheekbones. Lips lined with a nude pencil added the finishing touch.
You know how this look really works? Confidence. Every, single, oneofthesewomen know they're rocking the hell out of it. That, and a seriously good moisturizer. We'll be sporting this for spring, no doubt.
