The Top Red Carpet Looks from The Grammys: Taylor Swift, Haim, Jane Fonda

Ah, the obligatory awards show red-carpet review. Look, we were pretty much so taken with Taylor Swift's ensemble that we might as well just post an entire gallery of Swift Grammy gifs up here and call it a day. But in the name of fashion, and, you know, editorial integrity (or something), we'll do a proper recap. BUT THIS DRESS. Mermaid, peacock, Caribbean-inspired... Whatever your modifier, Taylor Swift's teal-on-blue scuba-esque Elie Saab felt like a delightful throwback to one of the most legendary female entertainers of all time, Lucille Ball. Every time Taylor walked, she appeared to float. Sigh. Could we have done without the magenta suede strappy Giuseppe Zanotti sandals with it? Sure, but we're willing to overlook those. Because that fabric.

Aside from creating great music, Haim also apparently has great style. We love that each sister has her own distinct flair, and can step outside the red-carpet fashion box with class and edge. Plus, when is an all-white Stella McCartney suit ever not appropriate? (Left to right: Este in Chloe, Danielle in Stella McCartney, Alana in Stella McCartney.)

Say what you will, but you show us someone who could rock an emerald-green Balmain jumpsuit harder than this 77-year-old Jane Fonda is right here and we will retire this instant.

Agree? Disagree? Who'd we leave off this list that you think deserves a serious mention?
